1st National Bank of Scotia Announces Promotions

1st National Bank of Scotia is pleased to announce the promotions of Jennifer Rudolph and Todd Greive.

Jennifer Rudolph, former Customer Service Representative, is now Branch Operations Officer, manager of 1st National Bank of Scotia’s Rotterdam Office. Rudolph joined 1st National Bank of Scotia in 2011, and has recently completed the management training program. In her role, Rudolph will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and providing support in customer retention and relationship development.

“I’m looking forward to building a strong connection with my staff and our community,” said Rudolph. “One of the best parts about working at 1st National is our employee culture. When you have a great team, the positive culture extends to your customers and creates a more welcoming environment for everyone.”

In addition to her business commitments, Rudolph is an active member in the Schenectady Winter Sports Club, the Living History Park in North Augusta and the South Carolina Militia, a Rev. War reenactment group.

Todd Greive, former Branch Operations Specialist, is now Branch Operations Officer, manager of 1st National Bank of Scotia’s Colonie Office. Greive joined 1st National Bank of Scotia in 2013 and has recently completed the management training program. In his role, Greive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and providing support in customer retention and relationship development.

“I’m very excited to take on this new role with 1st National,” said Greive. “I enjoy working with our customers to satisfy their financial needs and will continue to use our values to guide my decisions to find creative banking solutions for our customers.”

In addition to his business commitments, Greive volunteers with the Village Colonie for special events and is a bank representative for the Capital Region Chamber.
