1st National Bank of Scotia proudly announces the addition of Trisha Santiago as Branch Operations Officer.
Trisha Santiago is currently assigned to the Saratoga Office and will assist in the daily management of the office. In her new position, Trisha looks forward to “educating staff and customers on the many ways of finding financial stability and how to utilize and maximize the full potential of our various products and services to meet their everyday needs.” She brings 20 years of banking experience to 1st National Bank of Scotia, with areas of expertise in customer service, lending and team building. Trisha was formerly a Branch Manager with TCT Federal Credit Union. “In all that I have done in my career, the one thing that helps me move forward is my desire to learn. To learn how I can better serve my team, my customers and our community. Excellent customer service is not just a smiling face or a hello to co-workers or customers; it is always having their best interest at heart.”
In addition to her business commitments, Trisha is an active volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House.
Trisha currently resides in Corinth with her husband and three boys.
