VanderFEST is Vanderheyden’s Annual Fall Fundraiser. This year, join Vanderheyden in celebrating 189 years of changing lives to save lives at Pat’s Barn, 110 Defreest Drive, Rensselaer, NY 12144. Enjoy Octoberfest theme food, fall beer and wine, live music, a photobooth, and much more. Buffet Catered by Nicole’s Catering and Events from 6-8 pm on October 19!

Vanderheyden is recognized as one of the premier children, adult and family service agencies in the Capital Region of New York. For more than 180 years, we have been providing services to youth and adults who:
- Have been abused, neglected or abandoned
- Have emotional and behavioral challenges
- Have developmental disabilities
- Are caring for a special needs child or individual at home
Our community-based services include a Residential Treatment Center, Diagnostic/Respite Service, Educational Facility and Community Services.
