Marissa Wiley, based in Albany, was recently elevated to partner in the Nixon Peabody global 100 law firm’s Corporate practice.
Marissa represents both publicly and privately held businesses in connection with their corporate needs, advising business owners, investors and fund managers, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She also represents clients in the health care industry with structuring, growth and divestiture of their businesses. Marissa serves as a member of the Upstate Capital Association of New York, an organization that connects capital providers to opportunities across the state.
