Pinnacle Human Resources to Offer Harassment Prevention Training

Pinnacle Human Resources has begun ramping up their ability to meet the demand for harassment trainings in light of the new mandates requiring all NYS employers to offer annual sexual harassment prevention training to their workers. In the new sexual harassment law enacted with the state budget, a written sexual harassment prevention policy that meets State standards and harassment trainings that must meet or exceed the requirements outlined in a model being developed by the Department of Labor and the Division of Human Rights. Pinnacle Human Resources will be working with those agencies to incorporate the compliance model. Physical meetings and webinars will be offered.
