October 11, 2017Northern Rivers Family of Services Announces New Positions
Northern Rivers Family of Services has named Erin Pinchbeck and Maureen Bernat as Residential Risk Managers.
Pinchbeck will review incident reports, evaluate internal responses, analyze trends and support process review for Northeast Parent & Child Society residential programs licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). Bernat will handle similar duties for OCFS programs at Parsons Child & Family Center. Both Pinchbeck and Bernat will facilitate relationships with external investigative bodies.
Pinchbeck joins the organization from St. Catherine’s Center for Children in Albany, where she worked as residential treatment center supervisor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University at Albany.
Bernat joined the organization in 2009, working as a manager in residential programs throughout her tenure. She previously served as a recreation therapist and program director at the Capital District Psychiatric Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation from the State University of New York at Brockport.
