September 28, 2017William Chow Promoted to Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending
First New York Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that William Chow has been promoted from Commercial Business Development Officer to Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending. William joined First New York in June 2011 with over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential lending. He has a BA of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from Siena College.
