June 1, 2017Customer Appreciation Event: G-Suite
We invite you to join us on Thursday, June 15 for our fourth program of 2017: G Suite – Cost-effective Tools for Collaboration.
G Suite from Google Cloud is a set of apps including Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar and Hangouts that you can use to connect the people in your company, no matter where in the world they are and no matter what device they are using.
Learn about:
- Setting up and signing-in to G Suite – one account for everything
- Working with Drive
- Creating and editing documents in Docs
- Using Hangouts to communicate
- Synchronizing content across devices
Registration and light refreshments will take place from 8:00 – 8:30 am, with the presentation beginning at 8:30 and running until 10 a.m.
We are grateful for the support of our clients and we hope you will join us in supporting The Capital District Women’s Employment & Resources Center (WERC). WERC is a private, not-for-profit organization that works to advance women’s success in the workplace by building their economic and personal independence. WERC provides quality workforce development services to women from both Albany and Rensselaer Counties who have lost their source of income upon the death, divorce, separation, disability, or dislocation of a spouse or who are single mothers.
We will be collecting the following items for them:
- New or used Flash Drives
- Padfolios
- Business card holders
- Ream of white or colored copy paper
- Gas cards for WERC students
