110 Grill Now Occupies a Spot at Crossgates Mall

The Chamber, along with local officials, Ambassadors, patrons, friends and family celebrated the opening of this areas first 110 Grill on Friday, July 27th.
Located at Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY, the restaurant is 5,600 square-feet with 180-seats inside and an additional 50 seats on the patio.

“We’ve been growing at a record pace in New England and have had our sights set on bringing the warmth and comfort of our American cuisine to the Mid-Atlantic region for quite some time,” says Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer. “We see the Albany, NY community as the ideal location to lay down roots and are thrilled to partner with the Pyramid Management Group to call Crossgates Mall home to our first outpost outside of New England and have the privilege to serve the great patrons of Albany.”

In addition to Albany, NY and the recent openings in Stratham, NH, Athol, MA and Worcester, MA, the 110 Grill team plans to continue its expansion through 2018, with its next three locations set to open in Manchester, NH, Wrentham, MA and Holyoke, MA in fall 2018.

Following the vision of Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Grill Albany brings his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy seasonal additions including Shrimp & Clam Linguini with sautéed shrimp tossed in an herbed clam sauce with roasted tomatoes and linguini, finished with basil and parmesan with grilled ciabatta bread; Chicken Pesto Pasta with pan-seared chicken, roasted tomatoes, artichokes, and cavatappi pasta, tossed in a creamy pesto sauce and finished with shaved Reggiano; and Cuban Swordfish with blackened swordfish served over black bean, corn and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime sour cream and grilled citrus. Signature items on the menu include Cajun Salmon Burger, a Cajun seasoned, housemade sesame ginger salmon burger, topped with an Asian slaw and Sriracha aioli, served on a brioche bun; along with an impressive selection of steak cuts, such as 110’s Bourbon-Marinated Steak Tips served with a whiskey glaze.

The new 110 Grill Albany offers a casual, vibrant atmosphere to enjoy a series of seasonal beverages to celebrate the summer months. The bar features a variety of craft beer offerings from both local breweries and national brands, a diverse wine list as well as creative signature and seasonal cocktails. Guests can sip on handcrafted libations including the Mango Smash with Goslings Gold Rum and mango syrup with muddled lemon, lime and mint; Rosemary Gin Fizz with Empress Gin, shaken with rosemary syrup and fresh lemons, topped with tonic; and the Peach Arnold Palmer with Bird Dog Peach Whiskey, fresh lemon juice and housemade iced tea syrup.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, Monday through Thursday from 11:00AM- 10:00PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00AM – 11:00PM and Sundays from 11:00AM – 9:00PM. For more information, please visit
