110 Grill Continues Expansion Into New York State

110 Grill continued its rapid expansion in the Northeast region, opening the doors to its 27th location in Latham on Wednesday, October 2. Located at 664 New Loudon Road, the 5,800 square-foot, 180-seat restaurant marks the group’s fifth New York location to debut in less than two years, and features 110 Grill’s signature modern-American fare with unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

“We see the historic Hamlet of Latham as the perfect location to lay down roots, and we are thrilled to join the local community as our latest expansion into the Empire State,” said Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer. “With its picturesque views of upstate New York nestled between the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers, and close proximity to the bustling city of Albany, it offers the best of both worlds, and we look forward to welcoming the great patrons of this region and visitors alike to experience our unique approach to modern-American cuisine.”

Following the vision of Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Grill Latham brings his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy seasonal starters and salads such as the 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna, chilled sushi-grade tuna, served rare with Asian slaw, sweet teriyaki and a sriracha aioli drizzle; Chorizo Totchos, fried tater tots topped with chorizo sausage, nacho cheese sauce, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream and scallions; Kale Brussels Salad complete with shredded kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, radicchio, carrots and golden beets with arugula, dried cranberries and pecans, tossed in a whole grain mustard vinaigrette, topped with goat cheese and granny smith apples; and the shareable Chef’s Plate, a medley of red pepper hummus, walnut encrusted goat cheese, blue cheese, grapes, fig jam, pepperoni, pickles and cucumbers, with an artichoke, tomato and feta salad, accompanied by ciabatta and naan. Signature entrees and larger plates include the Cuban Swordfish with blackened swordfish served over a black bean, corn and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime sour cream and grilled citrus; Short Rib Risotto, slow roasted short ribs, served over an asparagus and parmesan risotto, finished with a red wine au jus and topped with fried leeks; and Chicken Pesto Pasta with sautéed chicken breast tossed with pesto cream sauce, roasted tomatoes, artichokes and tagliatelle, topped with parmesan; in addition to a selection of impressive steak cuts, sandwiches and vegetarian options such as the Pasta Primavera with broccoli, mushrooms, green and red peppers, tossed with cavatappi pasta in a tomato cream sauce and topped with shaved parmesan; and the Beyond Burger, 100% plant based burger served on a brioche bun with garlic aioli, topped with a choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion, accompanied by a pickle and the choice of one side (both dishes available vegan upon request).

For guests looking to enjoy a leisurely meal, 110 Grill Latham will offer a variety of beverages from its signature horseshoe bar, including beer from both local and national brands, a diverse wine list, and a selection of handcrafted cocktails.
