Kelly Merritt has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a Business Advancement Specialist. Prior to this, she was a Commercial Lines Underwriter at another international carrier. In her new role, she will be responsible for the advancement of organizational capability and performance through the execution of key Strategic Business Unit initiatives. Merritt earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and holds the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) accreditations. She resides in Whitesboro, NY
