The 19th annual JDRF One Hope Ball recently held on November 7 at the Hilton Albany raised $451,715 as of today. These numbers will continue to increase as additional funds are expected. With 463 guests, in attendance this gala was the most successful since the event’s inception nearly 20 years ago.
JDRF would like to thank Albany Med, James Barba, committee members, businesses and volunteers for helping to make this event a success. Proceeds from this event will benefit research to prevent, treat, and cure type 1 diabetes, which impacts 1.25 million Americans.
