Siena College Athletics Partners With The Aspire Group

Siena College Athletics is teaming up with The Aspire Group, the global leader in athletic ticket revenue enhancement, to boost athletic ticketing efforts and deliver the highest quality in customer service to Saints’ fans in across the Capital Region.

Siena and Aspire will work together to develop a comprehensive ticket marketing, sales and service plan, and build a customized on-campus ticket sales and service operation. Aspire will assist in managing the Siena Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC), complete with a manager and two sales and service consultants, and oversee all ticket sales and service efforts for Siena basketball and other athletic events.  Siena FRMC staff will also be proactively selling for the MAAC basketball, volleyball and swimming and diving MAAC Championships.

“We have made major strides through the creation of a Fan Relationship Management Center in terms of advancing our customer service to new levels and forging personal relationships with our season ticket holders,” Siena College vice president and director of athletics John D’Argenio said. “Our partnership with Aspire will help us broaden our reach, and welcome new fans into Times Union Center, where they will experience all the excitement of Siena basketball in a big-time setting with the personal touch and first rate service Siena prides itself in.  This will also be an opportunity to introduce new fans to our women’s basketball team as we continue to improve the fan experience in the Alumni Recreation Center.”

Box Office manager Nate Mason will continue to oversee Siena’s FRMC and will interact on a daily basis with Aspire.

“We are excited to partner with The Aspire Group, one of the most respected leaders in ticket revenue enhancement, to expand the Siena brand through ticket sales and customer service,” Mason said.

C.J. Wiatr, regional vice president for The Aspire Group, will serve as the liaison between Aspire and the Siena athletic department.

This is the second Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference school Aspire has reached an agreement with, having signed Canisius College as a partner in early September.
