SCPL Niskayuna Branch Adult Program: The Need for Advance Directives

Schenectady County Public Library is pleased to be partnering with the law firm of Burke & Casserly, P.C. to bring a wonderful program to its adult patrons. The program, titled “The Need for Advance Directives: Understanding Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and More…”, will be held on Wednesday, October 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at SCPL’s Niskayuna Branch at 2400 Nott Street East in Niskayuna.

JulieAnn Calareso, Esp., will be presenting this program which will focus on the need for the Advance Directives; specifically Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills. The presentation will explain the different types of legal documents and explain why and when they are necessary. There will be ample time for questions and help.
