Kinderhook Bank (OTCQB: NUBK) Chief Executive Officer, John A. Balli announced today that Caitlin K. McCrea, CPA has been promoted to Vice President & Controller. “Caitlin performs invaluable financial functions at the Bank including asset liability management, capital planning , board reporting and budgeting and has handled the increased responsibilities resultant from our growing bank with skill and a winning attitude,” said Balli.
McCrea, a Certified Public Accountant, has a BS from the University of Vermont. McCrea joined Kinderhook Bank in 2012 and most recently served as Senior Financial Analyst. Her prior work experience was with Johnson Lambert LLP and McSoley McCoy & Co. where she worked for over five years as an auditor.
