NBT Insurance Agency Welcomes Dray as Employee Benefits Sales Executive

NBT Insurance Agency announced that Brian Dray has joined the company as Employee Benefits Sales Executive, serving customers in the Capital Region and North Country.

In this role, Dray will work closely with employers to evaluate existing benefit programs, develop customized strategies, implement benefit solutions and digital platforms and support successful onboarding and open enrollment processes.

Dray brings seven years of experience in financial services, business development and client relationship management. Prior to joining the Agency, he worked with Charter Oak Financial and most recently Wealth Advisory Group, where he partnered with business owners and clients of all sizes to develop financial strategies and achieve long-term objectives.

Active in his community, Dray serves on the board of Operation Santa Claus and is an ambassador for the Adirondack Chamber of Commerce.
