The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Celebrates Five Years of Service, Growth, and Giving Back

What began as a small veteran-owned business has grown into a thriving company with a team of 15 and a mission rooted in service. This year, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters celebrated its fifth anniversary while continuing its commitment to supporting veterans and strengthening the local community. 

Owner Patrick Neill reflected on the company’s growth over the past five years, crediting the dedication of his team, the support of his family, and the guidance of community partners who have helped the business succeed. While the company has expanded, its focus has remained the same: delivering quality service while finding meaningful ways to give back. 

That commitment was on full display through the company’s annual Gutters for Good program, which provides a deserving veteran with a free gutter system. This year’s recipient, Master Sergeant Michael Slaughter, was recognized during the celebration and will receive a full heated gutter system as part of the initiative. 

Clifton Park Town Supervisor Phil Barrett reflected on the challenges of building a small business and commended Patrick and his team for their growth and success over the past five years. He noted that the company’s accomplishments are a testament to the determination and resilience required to build a business, while also praising its commitment to supporting veterans and giving back to the community. 

As a veteran-owned business, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters has built a reputation not only for its workmanship but also for its dedication to supporting fellow veterans, local nonprofits, and community organizations. Representatives from the Veterans Miracle Center, including Michelle Viola-Straight and Stacey Lauren, spoke about the importance of supporting veteran-owned businesses and the positive impact those partnerships have throughout the community. 

In lieu of a traditional ribbon cutting, attendees participated in a ribbon-tying ceremony symbolizing the strong connections The Brothers That Just Do Gutters has built with customers, community partners, fellow Chamber members, and the veteran community over the last five years. 

The Capital Region Chamber congratulates The Brothers That Just Do Gutters on this milestone anniversary and wishes Patrick and his team continued success in the years ahead.
