Wolf Hollow Brewing Company is Raising a Glass to Growth

Founded in 2013, Wolf Hollow Brewing Company has grown from a small homebrewing venture into one of the Capital Region’s most recognized craft breweries. What began with a simple goal of creating great beer and bringing people together has evolved into a thriving business known for its quality craft beverages, community involvement, and welcoming atmosphere. 

The new Scotia location marks a significant milestone for the company, expanding both its brewing operations and customer experience. The facility features increased production capacity, a full kitchen and restaurant, event space, and a new gathering place for residents and visitors alike. The nearly $1 million investment also created 18 new jobs, further strengthening Wolf Hollow’s impact on the local economy. 

Co-owner Pete Jordan reflected on the company’s 13-year journey, noting that while the business has grown considerably, its mission has remained unchanged: building great relationships and strong communities around great beer. Today, Wolf Hollow is owned and operated by Pete Jordan, Jordan White, Ravi and Subhash Modasra, whose shared vision has helped guide the brewery’s continued success. The company was recently named the Capital Region Chamber’s 2026 Enterprise of the Year, recognizing its growth, leadership, and contributions to the region. 

The ribbon cutting celebration drew strong support from elected officials and community leaders, including , Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, New York State Senator Patricia Fahy, Village of Scotia Mayor David Bucciferro, Town of Glenville Supervisor Bob Kirkham, Schenectady County Legislature Chair Gary Hughes, and Schenectady County Legislators Michelle Osterhout and Mike Aragosa. Speakers highlighted Wolf Hollow’s investment in the region, commitment to local partnerships, job creation, and reputation for giving back through community events and charitable initiatives. 

As the first brewery in Glenville and now the first brewery in Scotia, Wolf Hollow continues to build on its “Community First” philosophy while creating spaces where friends, neighbors, and visitors can gather, connect, and celebrate community. The Chamber congratulates the Wolf Hollow team on this exciting new chapter and wishes them continued success.
