Tully Rinckey PLLC Promotes Matthew Ricci to Partner

Mr. Ricci joined the firm’s Latham office in 2022 and has become a key leader within the firm’s New York litigation and labor and employment law practices. He represents clients in a wide range of employment and litigation matters before administrative agencies as well as state and federal courts. Throughout his career, Mr. Ricci has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and various state and federal courts. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and was named to the Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list.

Mr. Ricci has played an important role in the continued growth and success of the firm’s New York litigation practice. In addition to representing clients in complex employment and litigation matters, he has demonstrated strong leadership within the firm, mentored fellow attorneys, and earned the trust of clients facing challenging workplace and legal disputes.

Mr. Ricci obtained his law degree from Albany Law School.
