Support Needed 20th Anniversary Home for the Dying

This year marks a meaningful milestone for the Joan Nicole Prince Home, a non-profit home for the dying as we celebrate 20 years of providing compassionate, end-of-life care to individuals and families in our community. Schenectady Community Home, Inc. aka Joan Nicole Prince Home is hosting their 20th anniversary Gala event at the new Iron & Ale Grill & Bar on Nov. 7th, 2026.

During this annual fundraiser, the JNP Home will welcome guests to join in a SILENT AUCTION, WINE PULL, AND SPONSOR A PATIENT FUNDRAISER WHILE ENJOYING DELICIOUS APPETIZERS!

The Joan Nicole Prince Home provides a safe, comfortable, caring residence to terminally ill patients in need of a home during their final days run 100% on community donations. All fundraising efforts support the JNP Home’s ongoing end-of-life care for the terminally ill – FREE OF CHARGE, to support their family members and friends, and provide educational programs with partner organizations, teaching future healthcare professionals compassionate end of life care.
