June 2, 2026Henry Bellagnome Marks Major Investment in Ten Broeck Triangle
Community leaders, stakeholders, and residents gathered on Friday, May 22, at the corner of Wilson and Ten Broeck Streets to celebrate the installation of new street pole banners in Albany’s Ten Broeck Triangle neighborhood. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked Henry Bellagnome, Inc.’s investment in the community and highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to neighborhood revitalization.
Emceed by Kathy Tabora of the Capital Region Chamber, the event featured remarks from Nicolle Mendoza of the Central Avenue Business Improvement District, who outlined plans for continued activation of the area through live music, vendor events, and seasonal markets. These initiatives are supported in part by a $10,000 contribution from Henry Bellagnome, Inc. Sean Millington, a mayoral fellow representing the City of Albany, also attended to demonstrate the City’s support for these efforts.
Owner Sam Meislin spoke about Henry Bellagnome, Inc.’s longstanding commitment to the Capital Region, emphasizing that the company’s community investment extends well beyond the $2,000 contribution that funded the new banners. Recent philanthropic efforts include $10,000 to the Regional Food Bank, $5,000 to the Albany chapter of the American Heart Association, $1,000 annually to the Connect Center of Cohoes, and $500 to the Albany Rock Pit. Additional support includes $10,000 for Townsend Park activations through the Central Avenue BID, as well as contributions to the Capital Region Pride Festival, Schenectady Pride, and the South End Children’s Café.
All 2026 ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber and its affiliates are sponsored by Community Bank, N.A.
