M3 Placement And Partnership Appoints Three Industry Leaders to Advisory Board

M3 Placement and Partnership (M3), an MWBE talent acquisition advisory firm specializing in executive searches, direct placement, and high-volume recruiting, is pleased to announce the appointment of three distinguished leaders to its Advisory Board.

The new Advisory Board members are:
Dr. Kimberly Townsend, CEO of Loretto in Syracuse, New York, and a nationally recognized leader in long‑term care. Townsend is also an accomplished author and a respected advocate for the Central New York region.

Maureen O’Brien, President and CEO of New York State Industries for the Disabled in Albany, New York, and former executive at Motorola Solutions. O’Brien is widely respected for her leadership and deep commitment to community, service, and advocacy.

Christy Harris, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at CCC Intelligent Solutions in Chicago, Illinois, and former HR executive at Allstate. Harris brings a valuable lens on today’s HR landscape, including evolving workforce needs, employee expectations, and the strategic challenges facing leaders in a rapidly changing environment.
