March 11, 2026Emergent Announces Upcoming Emergent Leader Program in Albany
Emergent, a leadership development and organizational consulting firm, is pleased to announce the next cohort of its highly regarded Emergent Leader program in Albany. The upcoming sessions will begin in May and are designed to support high-potential and newly appointed leaders in developing the skills necessary to lead with confidence and effectiveness.
The Emergent Leader program focuses on the critical capabilities leaders need to succeed in today’s complex workplace, including communication, accountability, leading through change, and building high-performing teams. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants gain practical tools and frameworks they can immediately apply in their organizations.
“Our goal with Emergent Leader is to help leaders strengthen their leadership foundation while building a strong network of peers across industries,” said Cathy Gaynor of Emergent. “Participants leave with greater clarity, confidence, and practical strategies they can use every day with their teams.”
The Albany cohort brings together professionals from a wide range of organizations throughout the Capital Region, creating a collaborative learning environment where participants can share experiences, challenges, and ideas.
Organizations often enroll emerging supervisors, team leads, project managers, and individual contributors who are preparing to step into leadership roles. The program combines facilitated discussion, real-world application, and peer learning to ensure participants leave with actionable insights.
Registration is now open, and space is limited. For more information about the Emergent Leader program, including session dates and registration details, visit Emergent’s website or contact Erika Davis at [email protected], (315) 730-6178.
