October 15, 2025The Murray Group Marks Major Milestone with Rebrand, Latham Expansion and $17,500 Gift to Fight Cancer
The Murray Group, a trusted name in insurance for more than five decades, ushered in a bold new era this with the debut of its refreshed brand and the opening of its newly expanded headquarters at 43 British American Boulevard in Latham.
The milestone ribbon-cutting and open house underscored the agency’s ongoing evolution from its 1974 beginnings as The Guilderland Agency to a leading provider of business, home, auto and life insurance across the Capital Region. The new 7,000-square-foot office offers spacious meeting areas, break room, bright modern workspaces, state-of-the-art technology and a welcoming atmosphere designed to elevate both client and employee experiences.
“This celebration is about more than a new space or logo, it’s about the future of our business and the trust we’ve built with our clients over 51 years,” said Bridget Murray, Vice President of The Murray Group. “This office represents how we’re investing in innovation while staying true to the personalized service that defines us.”
In addition to unveiling its brand and office, The Murray Group highlighted its dedication to giving back by donating to the American Cancer Society’s HopeClub of the Capital Region, which provides support, programs and connection for people impacted by cancer. The agency and its partners donated a combined $17,500 to the American Cancer Society’s HopeClub of the Capital Region.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do,” said Lauren Murray, Vice President of The Murray Group. “For many years, our family supported local breast cancer awareness after losing our mother to breast cancer in 2009. A decade later, when we lost our brother and former Murray Group Vice President, Ryan Murray, to Multiple Myeloma, the fight against cancer became even more personal. Supporting the American Cancer Society through HopeClub is our way of honoring their memories while helping others find hope, strength and community.”
