Sara Learning Global, a specialized Capital Region consulting firm, announces a significant surge in its global portfolio, having recently secured contracts with two major European development agencies: the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (the German development agency) and Enabel (the Belgian Development Agency).
The dual awards underscore Sara Learning’s success in highly competitive international tenders, solidifying its role in empowering vulnerable populations globally.
The firm’s work, focused on a developing region in South Asia, leverages expertise in entrepreneurship and financial inclusion. Specifically, the GIZ contract requires Sara Learning to deploy its solutions to achieve the program’s objective: ensuring TVET school graduates and job seekers find employment in growth sectors.
Key scope highlights for this international work include:
- Capacity Building: Training 75 Master Trainers using the accredited International Labour Organization (ILO) Know About Business (KAB) module.
- Direct Impact: Cascading entrepreneurship training to 500 individuals, including returnees and disadvantaged groups.
- Financial Access: Establishing linkages between Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and technical training institutes to create sustainable access to microloans and financial services.
In addition, under the Enabel framework contract (UGA22009-10072), Sara Learning Global will supply virtual reality headsets and develop immersive VR-based training content to enhance vocational education in Africa. This initiative reinforces Enabel’s commitment to innovation in digital learning and skills development, and showcases Sara Learning’s growing expertise in cutting-edge educational technologies.
This double achievement highlights the Capital Region’s capacity to deliver world-class consulting services on the global stage.
