As a member of the chamber, I have enjoyed being a member of a Business Referral Group (BRG 4) for the last 4 years. This year BRG 4 made several changes to improve our networking effectiveness. When asked about the nicest thing a client said to him, Michael said, “Nothing tops the day a client let me know his wife was expecting.” Here’s the back-story: he helped him dissect his benefits, switch onto his wife’s plan, and unlock a richer IVF benefit. Nine months and a lot of paperwork later, the baby arrived. Nothing tops the video he got from him with the newborn.
