Rosenblum Development officially opened Launchbox Flexible Warehouse Suites, the first “co-warehousing” facility in upstate New York, located in Latham. Launchbox provides private, individually locking warehouse and work suites ranging from 150 square feet up to 1,000 square feet. Unlike conventional warehouse leases that require multi-year commitments to large blocks of space and exclude operating costs like utilities and maintenance, warehouse suites at Launchbox are available for terms as short as six months so members can add space as they grow, and pricing is all-inclusive.
For no extra charge, businesses housed within Launchbox also enjoy access to robust support spaces and amenities, including a three-bay loading dock, material handling equipment, photo studio, communal kitchen-cafe, meeting rooms with video conferencing tech, showers, and redundant high-speed WiFi Internet throughout the facility.
