SUNY Cobleskill’s business incubator and accelerator, the Institute for Rural Vitality (IRV), will host the 2nd Annual Empire State Entrepreneur Expo on Friday, May 10. The Expo will connect entrepreneurs from the Capital Region, Mohawk Valley, and around New York State who are creating new food, beverage, and other farm-based products with buyers, distributors, stores, manufacturers, funders, and other professionals from related industries. This is a prime opportunity for companies and retail outlets to gain exposure to new products to add to their lines, and meet rising farm and food entrepreneurs.
