The Capital Region Chamber, Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, Colonie Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce came together to cut their ribbons for Legacy Dispensary (1839 Central Avenue, Colonie). Owner Matt Robinson celebrated with his family and friends, along with Jumaane Hughes, Founder and COO, and Tiffany Walters, CEO of New York State Cannabis Connect.
