October 11, 2023Pioneer Gives Back to the Capital Region During ‘All Together Forward Week’
Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PBFS) (“Pioneer”), a leading financial institution in New York’s Capital Region, today kicks off its first-ever “All Together Forward Week,” an unprecedented community service initiative that will engage more than 200 employees in supporting the needs of local children, families, organizations, and communities.
Expanding from a one-day effort to a week-long undertaking, All Together Forward Week will see Pioneer employees spend 500 volunteer hours to assist 13 nonprofit organizations across the Capital Region. With projects that range from painting, landscaping and general maintenance to reading and craft-making with children, this employee-led endeavor is designed to embody Pioneer’s brand, All Together ForwardTM, and its promise to “inspire progress one individual, one family, one business, and one community at a time.”

All Together Forward Week is spearheaded by Pioneer’s Charitable Foundation, which was established in 2018 with a mission of “Helping Kids be Kids.” Since then, it has provided more than $1.2 million and over 10,000 volunteer hours to support nearly 400 Capital Region organizations serving the health and welfare of children, from housing, nutrition, and health care to educational, social and recreational opportunities.
“It is inspiring to see so many Pioneers volunteer their time and talent to support those in need in our local communities,” said Business Banking Relationship Manager Amber Hensley, who is coordinating activities for All Together Forward Week. “We’re grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference, and fortunate to be part of an organization that values community service.”
