March 15, 2023Caribe Spanish Restaurant and Sports Bar Ribbon Cutting
Even on a cloudy day in February, the atmosphere was warm and cheerful for the ribbon cutting at Caribe Spanish Restaurant and Sports Bar (2236 Broadway, Schenectady). Senator Jim Tedisco, representatives of Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara and Mayor Gary McCarthy, Brianne Ptak-Mimura from Discover Schenectady and David Hogenkamp representing the Metroplex Development Authority made presentations, along with Pastor James Bookhout of Bridge Christian Church and the Mont Pleasant Merchants Association. The menu features famous Caribbean dishes, all prepared with love and skill by the Fabian Family.
All ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber and its affiliates are sponsored by the Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company.
