November 2, 2022The Pride Center of the Capital Region 2022 Gala
The Pride Center of the Capital Region is thrilled to invite you to our 2022 Gala: The Rainbow Age: A New Era of Visibility on November 18th at 90 State St. from 7-10pm. Outside of being a fundraiser for the Pride Center’s free mental health care and group support services, it is also an opportunity to shift our lens on who owns and benefits from queer civil rights and social justice work. Our future is multi-cultural, multi-racial, intergenerational, accessible, affordable, and led by many, not one. We are excited about this vision for the next 52 years, and want to ensure we have as many folks there as possible to share it with. It doesn’t hurt that there will also be amazing passed food, a brief awardees program (awardees who have accepted below), valet parking, hilarious VIP drag performances (starts at 6), and a fun dance vibe for people to have a great time for a great cause. You already know we put on an incredible Pride Festival and Parade; this is an impactful way to have just as much fun and give to a community who just wants to love and live in peace and joy. We can’t wait to see you there!

Donations for the silent auction:
If you are interested in providing some materials/gift cards for a basket to be bid on during our silent auction, please fill out the form that can be found here. The form needs to be filled out by November 5th and the donations for the basket need to be brought or sent to the Pride Center by November 10th. The address for the Pride Center and the date materials are needed are outlined in the form.
