“As communications professionals our rapidly changing world demands that we stay on top of current trends and events. We must be able to anticipate and address crisis situations and be the calm, informative voice in the sea of constant change. Sh!ft Happens: Communications Leadership in Changing Times will give attendees the tools they need to confront those challenges. The conference sessions will provide high-level professional development that will renew and strengthen skills, and offer strategies for how to address and manage content for multiple audiences across multiple platforms,” said conference co-chair Josh Poupore, APR of Albany.

“We are excited to bring public relations and communications professionals and students from throughout New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire to the Capital Region for what we know will be an outstanding professional development experience. And, at the same time, we’ll get to show off the beauty and talent our region possesses,” said conference co-chair Jo Ann LeSage Nelson, APR, Fellow PRSA.
