November 18, 2021Introducing the Legal Hand Call-In Center Serving Schenectady and Albany Counties
Legal Hand is delighted to invite you to an Open House for the Legal Hand Call-In Center serving Schenectady and Albany Counties, a new resource in the Capital Region launching in January 2022. We want to introduce ourselves to our new neighbors, learn about your organization, share information about our free services, and learn how we can support the critical services you provide to the Schenectady and Albany area. The Open House will be on December 1, 2021 at 4 p.m. and is by invitation only.
At the Legal Hand Call-In Center serving Schenectady and Albany Counties, trained community Volunteers, who are not lawyers, provide free legal information, resources, and referrals. We help people resolve issues that affect their lives like employment, housing, family, immigration, domestic violence, and benefits and try to prevent problems from turning into legal actions. The Legal Hand Call-In Center serving Schenectady and Albany Counties, operated by the Center for Community Justice will bring the same passion, commitment to access to justice, and community-based resources that we do to all of our programs.
