After twelve years of service with BBL Hospitality (BBLH), Todd has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In his role, Todd will be responsible for all aspects of day to day operations for the company’s growing portfolio of hotels.
“BBL Hospitality continues to grow and add new hotels as well as third party management contracts to our portfolio of properties. Todd brings years of operational experience and leadership to the organization with a focus on guest service and associate development. This appointment will help position us for success as we continue to expand”, said Steve Obermayer, CFO BBL Companies.

Todd joined BBL Hospitality as a General Manager opening the company’s first Homewood Suites hotel in Port Saint Lucie, FL. In addition to years of operational experience, Todd has worked with BBL’s construction team on the development and construction of multiple properties as well as coordinating major property improvement plans for legacy hotels. He also serves on Marriott’s Franchise Advisory Council providing critical operational and owner feedback to the brand.
