Coworking Space Opens in Clifton Park, New York Offering Flexibility for Business Professionals Throughout the Capital Region

James Lewis Van-Vorst has opened a coworking space, Nomad Coworks, offering a flexible and affordable coworking space for business professionals. He seeks to fill the void between commercial office space and working from home.

As events unfolded from the COVID-19 pandemic, the needs of business owners and employees began to change — including how and where we work.

“Working from home is not always the best option for some families. And leasing an office is not always a practical, financial decision,” Lewis-Van Vorst stated.

The flexibility and affordability offered by the coworking model gives small businesses, entrepreneurs, and remote workers an opportunity to utilize an office setting within the community.

“Coworking is a great alternative solution to finding a cost-effective, productive place to work,” he continued.

There is a multitude of busy professionals found throughout the Upstate New York area, and since Clifton Park is centrally located between so many cities and towns, it adds to the much-needed convenience factor desired by employees.

Until now, most coworking spaces were located in Schenectady or Albany, NY. Leaving a void in the Clifton Park area. Just minutes from the Northway, the office is conveniently located for those in need of an office space.

The needs of entrepreneurs, creatives, remote workers, independent business owners, artists, writers, and other professionals in our area can now be met.

Clients can choose from five different membership packages, each designed to suit their unique needs.
