Kingsway Community Senior Healthcare Rated Best in Class

Kingsway Community is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2021 Customer Experience AwardTM. Qualifying for the award of Best in Class for senior healthcare services nationwide.

Throughout its 45+ year history of serving the community, Kingsway Community has been locally owned, and family operated and has always placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2020, Kingsway Community residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate Kingsway in specific categories.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Kingsway Community has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation for customer satisfaction across a 12-month average. This “Best in Class” distinction is measured monthly and annually, in many categories, including Dignity & Respect, Communications, Recommendation to Others, Safety & Security, Dining Service and many more – designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
