Gennaro’s Pizza Parlor announced they have opened a second location at 1704 Western Avenue in Albany. Their other store is located at 46 Marion Ave in Saratoga Springs.
Owners Alex and Carina Rodriguez relocated from New York City with their son to Saratoga Springs in the fall of 2018. Both have a background in hospitality, with Alex owning, operating and/or partnering in nearly 20 restaurants including Greenwich Brewing and Carina having experience as Director of Events for a hospitality group.
Their meu features items such as wood-fired brick oven pizzas, wings, subs, salads and more! Their catering menu includes baked ziti, chicken parmesan, fettuccini alfredo and other Italian specialties.
