Hodgson Russ is pleased to announce that Peter C. Lutz has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate & Finance Practice.
Peter provides advice and counsel on all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including leases, lending and purchases and sales of real property. His clients include commercial lenders, real estate developers, regional health systems, health insurance companies and individuals.

The arrival of Peter Lutz comes on the heels of the firm recently hiring former NYSERDA General Counsel Noah Shaw, as well as five additional laterals in the Capital District. The integration of these attorneys further advances the firm’s objective to pursue thoughtful growth and strengthen Hodgson Russ’s ability to address the needs of its clients.
