Grano cut the ribbon on Tuesday, July 15 at 426 State Street in Schenectady. Chef Armondo Cioccke and Chef Danny Petrosino’s unique menu features a wide variety of fresh housemade pastas, small plates, grilled meats, seafood and more. Whether patrons are carnivores, vegans, vegetarians, or anything in between, all are sure to find many plates to enjoy. Patrons can expect to see captivating images of the electric city hung proudly from exposed brick walls as classic Italian movies play. A baby blue vespa, open kitchen and pasta room are just one of the many things to look forward to seeing when visiting food driven establishment. Every guest who visits Grano will be treated as a personal friend of Armondo’s and Danny’s. It is their goal that their patrons will have a unique and genuine experience from the moment they walk in and that will continue to talk about long after they leave. These two chefs have filled the restaurant with enthusiastic individuals who have an undeniable passion for food and share their vision.

In addition to pleasing patrons palates, Grano will also be catering to guests of the historic Proctors Theater by staying open late for a distinctive after show menu, complete with cocktails, desserts and espresso. They are excited to offer private dinning rooms to host events of all occasions. From business meetings to celebrations, the chefs will be working with guests to create special menus.
