The Chamber along with its Ambassadors, local and state officials, staff, family and friends were on hand to help open Crunch Fitness in Rotterdam on Tuesday, May 28.
Crunch takes pride in designing gyms around its members and are up to date with fun and inviting spaces. Whether you lift weights in the free weight section, punch bags in the HIITZone or take a class with other gym members, there is something for everyone. If you need someone to watch your child during your workout you can drop them off in the adult supervised Kid Crunch Zone. You can also heal your sore muscles after your workout in the Relax & Recover Zone. This area contains HydroMassage, tanning, saunas, steam rooms and more. Crunch is certainly ready to enhance the Capital Region’s gym options and promote healthy living in the community.
