November 15, 2018Holiday Parade in Downtown Schenectady this Saturday
The 2018 Fidelis Care Holiday Parade in Downtown Schenectady will be held this Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 5 p.m. This is the 50th anniversary of this Capital Region tradition with the theme this year of “Golden Anniversary.” This event is known as the largest nighttime holiday parade in the Northeast.
Pre-Parade
Celebrate the 50th anniversary early with the 2018 Pre-Parade Street Festival, from 2 to 5 p.m. on Jay Street and in front of Schenectady City Hall. Join the party before the party, with face painters, balloon artists, live music, food vendors, crafters, area businesses and more! Come out early, get a great parking spot, and celebrate the holidays at the Pre-Parade Street Festival.
