Richard (Rick) Hannmann is Excelsior College’s vice president for finance and chief financial officer (CFO.) Hannmann is a skilled and experienced financial administrator with nearly four decades of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Government Financial Manager. He most recently served as a partner at KPMG, a global professional service company and one of the “Big Four” auditors, where he led a 70-person unit delivering over $20 million in services to over 100 clients. Hannmann also functioned as the lead audit partner for New York State with its 18 departments, more than 60 agencies and offices, and two university systems.
