Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been named 2019 Best Lawyers in America.
Jennifer J. Corcoran and Michael W. Macomber of Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office and Brittan L. Buchanan of the Austin office have been selected for inclusion in the 25th edition of “The Best Lawyers in America.”
Corcoran concentrates her practice on family and matrimonial law, elder law, estate planning and real estate law. She also handles bankruptcy and business law matters. She has provided pro bono legal services through the Legal Project and the Pro Se Divorce Clinic in Schenectady and was recognized as Empire State Counsel by the New York State Bar Association for providing in excess of 50 hours of pro bono legal services in a year.
Macomber focuses his practice on federal and private sector employment law claims and is Section Chair of Tully Rinckey PLLC’s New York State Employment Group. He also handles all aspects of civil litigation and gets frequent interview requests from local and regional media outlets regarding relevant legal issues.
Buchanan, a trial lawyer with a focus on business law and insurance coverage matters, has been included in “The Best Lawyers in America” rankings since 2015. He has received several other honors, including an annual AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and annual selections to the list of Texas “Super Lawyers” by Thomson Reuters since 2004, including recognition as a top-50 attorney for Central and West Texas in 2006.
