September 28, 2017ValuSpace, a Rosenblum Self-Storage Project Opens in Albany
The Chamber along with Chamber Ambassadors, local officials, local business owners, friends, family and of course the Rosenblums held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, September 26th to open ValuSpace at 40 N. Russell Road. The brand new 88,000 square foot complex is one of the most modern and innovative self-storage facilities in the area. The building holds 630 storage units of which 600 plus are climate controlled. The Rosenblum Cos. invested $7 million into the once dilapidated area which now makes it a jewel along Central Ave. We are sure this is only the first for many to come for Rosenblums. ValuSpace will soon be a name in the Capital Region synonymous with self-storage.
