The RNA Institute at the University at Albany is hosting underserved youth in the local community for the first Capital District STEM Series (CDSS) event.
CDSS was developed by Tony Hoang, a UAlbany student entrepreneur and Ph.D. chemistry student, along with Patrick Doyle, CEO of the Boys and Girls Club of Troy and Justin Reuter, executive director of the Boys and Girls Club of Albany. It will offer hands-on STEM programming through a succession of events held at The RNA Institute and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Troy and Albany.
About 40 students (age 10-18) are expected to attend CDSS’ first event. It is free of charge.
