July 26, 2017Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP Attorney Appointed as Land Use and Environmental Group Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association
Robert A. Stout, a Partner with Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, was appointed as the Vice Chair of the Land Use and Environmental Group of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section effective September 1. This group of nationally renowned attorneys focuses on private and public involvement in land use decisions, including matters related to zoning controls, environmental issues and governmental incentives.
Robert A. Stout joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in 2010, and, since that time, he has been a member of the Firm’s Environmental, Municipal, Real Estate Development, Zoning and Land Use and Clean Tech Practice Groups. He advises clients on all aspects of environmental law with a particular focus on regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters. Additionally, he assists project developers in obtaining environmental permits and municipal land use approvals.
