First New York Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Brittany Nelson has been promoted to a Member Service Specialist in the Call Center at First New York’s Headquarters. Brittany was previously a teller at the company’s Glenville branch. Brittany graduated Bryant & Stratton College with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administration.
