New Hire at LaMarche Safranko Law

Nicholas joins LaMarche Safranko Law as an associate attorney after previously working as a prosecutor for 6 years in the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office in Plattsburgh, N.Y.

Nicholas has nearly a decade of experience as both a defense attorney and prosecutor. He has extensive trial experience handling misdemeanor and felony cases, including a double homicide case. Nicholas is also a successful appellate lawyer, having argued at the Appellate Division as well as the New York State Court of Appeals. Nicholas served as an adjunct lecturer at SUNY Plattsburgh and is a continuing legal education instructor.

Nicholas has a passion for the law and is dedicated to ensuring his clients receive justice.
