May 10, 2017Keith Garland Joins Preferred Mutual as the Manager of Quality Services
Keith Garland has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company (“Preferred”) as the Manager of Quality Services. In his new role, Keith will provide strategic and functional leadership to the organization’s quality services detection and prevention capabilities, as well as ensure top production performance of Preferred’s technology solutions.
Keith has more than 18 years of experience planning and delivering matrixed IT development, testing and application support initiatives. Prior to joining Preferred, Keith worked for AXA Equitable as the Lead Manager of Quality Assurance where he oversaw the onshore and offshore delivery of quality assurance and testing. Keith also served as the Industry Compliance Program Test Lead for MVP Health Care, where he directed testing activities for several critical compliance projects, and as the Manager, Cross Domain Project Testing at Accenture – EMC.
Keith earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
